With Internet technology growing also all forms of e-commerce and personal life exposure started to emerge. I’ve been earning some stories about people who is stolen their credit card and about identity misuses. The worse part is that those things are happening all the time and more and more each day but none of us can help it because nowadays we can’t live without Internet. Sometimes I think we all should have a identity theft protection so at least we would feel safer regarding our identity being stolen. We all should be aware of this emerging problem and, since we cannot live without Internet, we should star looking for measures and solutions to deal with it.

Last week I had in my agency the company that advise us with safety and security at work. We have a lot of new regulations and we should comply to it or else we would be subject to hight fines. Has my agency is quite small I thought I didn’t need to have all the stuff that big places have, but I was wrong… it seems that I have to find the space to put everything in my little office. The only thing that they mention it was good and complying with the new legislation were the exit signs, all the remaining it was not good and they advise me I have to change it. Well I guess I have to follow their advises because I want to follow all regulations properly in order to avoid unnecessary problems.

 Nowadays people need to find activities to run away from daily stress. Has work got intense and carrying more responsibilities also stress has increased, and althought people don’t have lots of lesiuere time and try ti enjoy it has much as they can finding excuses to get together with friends and relatives and to forget everyday stress. A new trend it’s birthday parties, in Portugal baby shower is not very common, instead they give a party after the baby was born and present the new arrival into the family, they create a birth announcements in form of invitation and send them to people they would like o share the happiness and invite them to meet the new family member.

I’ve been trying to find the best weight loss pill but as we all know that’s not as simple as that. The best pill for my friend may not be the best for me. Everyone is different and body types may influence how the pill will take effect. Besides it is also important to take the pills together with some other actions like exercise or not eating fat food and sweets. This time of the year is not a very good one to start with diets mas the beginning of the next year it will be a perfect time to do so…

Those last few day my face is a mess, full of pimples. The last time I had this problem I bought a face lotion in the pharmacy but my face went from bad to horrible. Now I’ve been trying to find a natural acne treatment to see if I can get any good results. I Hate when I have this, besides being painful it is also unaesthetic , it looks like I went back to puberty and I look like a young girl full of signs in my face.

I’ve been wanting t change my laptop because the one I have looks like it’s not going to last much. I’ve been taking some advices of the so called “experts” and some of them advise me a Acer Aspire because according the statistics the overall satisfaction of previous costumers it’s really good and besides that the value/performance relation is quite good. I been searching in the net and I’m quite confused with which one should I buy so I need some extra opinion. If anyone can help me with that I really appreciate.

I’ve been trying to find time to start with my thesis but I have little time to do anything not related to the agency or classes. The other day I had five minutes and I’ve been searching for bibliography realated to tourism and events (my thesis Subject) and I find out that we can sell textbooks and buy used ones that might be useful to you and after that you may sell them again in case you don’t need it. It seems like a library but you can choose if you are going to keep the books or not

Following my article regarding appetite suppressant I was reading some reviews about those products and I found phentermine reviews and most of them mentioned the fact that phentermine seems to be more effective and providing more faster results regarding weight loss then most of similar products. I don’t know if it is really like that but for the price I think it words the try. This month I’m not going think about that but maybe I need it next month…

It’s been more than one year I’m living in my new apartment and I only have the furniture I first bought at the beginning. I wanted to go first with the living room but it’s the more expensive room. Another thing that it’s really missing it’s the office furniture, I needed some boards to keep my books and my university documents. Last week I went to my parents to bring some old documents from School that I need because I’m going to start with a new course and I have no place to keep them, so they are lying in the floor of my office… I really need to organize my office!
