Although he still feel the winter the summer is approaching, so now it’s the perfect time to worry about health and being in shape. Holiday season has gone and now we have no excuses not to eat healthy. For some people now begins a battle to lose weight, there are those who go on taking supplements for weight loss, others and go and spend half a day in the gym and there are still those who stop eating junk food. Either ways are acceptable as long as by the beginning of summer there are no extra fat in the body
